We need something that will make us known

I think we need something like a myspace or facebook page something that can make all gamers know about mabey then we will get more people so we could make new brankes on different games like gears of war 2

thats a good idea i wouldnt mind making a myspace for us, i would want some help though if we decide to make 1

Its going to get turned down, I had an idea to make the site worth something, but Binary said no because he dosen't want us to grow as a clan but become a family.

Hyrax thats totally incorrect You guys dont understand that you must present ideas to the leaders before you try and do sumthing. I wouldnt mind doing that but I will do it. You guys should have asked revelry before doing anything and in the end ask me. I want the clan to grow but Im not going to grow just to grow I will not end up like KSI where i recruit any motherefucker that i can I want quality and understand not sum asshole that wont do crap ok. Its called weeding out and Selecting who u want.

BTW i dont appreciate being insulted

I am trying to make the forums more appealing dude, at the moment their all buisiness, and they blow, the forum topics are broad as hell and there aren't a whole lot of them. Not only will we get at least 1 hit a week but maybe our members will recognize the forums as something fun, remember, your trying to compete with Xbox Live and other amazing sites, if you rise up saying 'My Way My Way' and its a narrow path its going to wreck or take 10 years and too much $ to get there. This is a site hosted by bigforumpro.com its easy to add and delete forums I've been staff on more sites than you have hairs on your head and was council for a succesful clan with 3k+ members that were all registered and knew each other and the basics of the clan. Its pretty lame that all my suggestions are shut down because its not part of your way or your style, it can't always be your way, say that to your boss at work and see how long you have a job, this is also part of why I left the clan, there is no clan.

I wouldn't go as far as saying that, but you do make a point. there is no pride in being a part of this clan. It's too much like... a business. Binary, you NEED to play more halo because me and rev are virtually alone out there. Also Hatke, CKM07, and Zero aren't that active (Zero is more active than the rest though), so you need to get some Clan Pride going on and show some leadership or damn your gonna have another situation like the one back in September-October.

Hmm indeed. Binary, I respect your family opinion. And Pyron, Hyrax, you guys are correct about it being business, I do very much want us to be like a family.. freinds WHATEVER. But Hyrax you cannot go mouthing off like that, even if you're not a part of this clan you are a part of IE, and if I'm not mistaken Binary has an opinion in that. I personelly think we should be able to freely speak of ideas, but of course if we want action we talk to the leaders. That brings balance both sides.

I meant you saying I need to go on the inactive list until I got Halo 3 back, which at the time wasn't happening, so therefore you trying to kick me from the clan, it was not the only reason I left. I don't think I'm going to be getting on this site either, it going no where and the admins like it as is and won't change it.

i know it is annoying sorry again about the kick part, but i am really thinking on making a new clan

I have left, I only brought 4 members to the clan and held my squad together, but after being in the clan and seeing how it works I saw whats keeping it down, and how its not going to change, the clan needs to be set back up, and squads reduced/combined until then.

No it is our problem after are we have to many squads and to little of active members to keep them active.

well then we need tell these none active members to get active or get rid of them

we took care of inactives now its up to u guys to recuruit active members. This is what ive been saying all along. Take care of your squad get some members play with them In halo and show them how to kick ass and have fun. this clan being fun is dependant on you guys playing with the new guys keeping them interested!

We have squad battles. We have competitions. I need you guys to step up to the plate!
