Hello! Here you can learn some forging tips, glitches, and tricks to make your forging map awesome! If I find more tricks or glitches I will post them right away.
Quick Tips:
Don’t rush making your maps, especially when using these glitches. If the map is neat then it looks 5x better than it is. Be patient doing these glitches, it takes a wile to get some of these down. I advise when you forge, you should only forge with 1-2 people. More people and it will get hard to keep track of what everyone is building. Don't want someone to name one of YOUR maps named as THEIRS? My suggestion would be to save the gameplay of you creating the map in theater. If you are using a forge glitch that requiers you ending the game, just save the part of you building the most. Glitches and Tricks for Your Maps!
Merging
I would advise to make a respawn point or anything that will help you center your objects.
Place the object that will be the bottom of your structure.
Then make the respawn at start “no”. If you can’t do the next step quickly make the respawn time quicker.
Start a new round and place the upper part of your structure down. Be sure to center it with the other object. This is difficult since you can’t see the object.
After you let the first object spawn make the Respawn at start “yes”. Once you have doen this you are finished!
Make Objects Float First spawn the object you want to make float.
Then place the object in the position you would like. Stay holding it and save the map, then end the game.
Start the game with the saved map and you got it to float!
Now make it anything you want. I like making sniper towers this way.
Make Fusion Coils, Weapons, or Vehicles Fall from Sky
Make a double box closed and turn it facing upward.
Then place the fusion coils, weapons, or vehicles on the top of the box.
Delete the box and then shot the fusion coils, weapons, of vehicles and make them fall. (or just restart round)
WARNING: Fusion coils are highly explosive!
Merging Objects into the Ground
Before you start doing this, the person WITHOUT connection host is the only one that can do this. You can't do this in a party by yourself.
First place the object you want to merge inside the ground.
Then in the middle of the object, tap the A button rapidly. Once you see the object inside the ground, tell you friend to restart the round.
You’re done!
Making a trap
Place a A or B sign.
Then place to wall on both sides.
Then place a dumpster inside.
Place a Custom Power up or an Active camouflage in front of the dumpster or you can call it NOOB Bait. (not an over shield it will keep the victim from dieing J.
Now place the ManCannon very low or it will make the dumpster fly out upward.
Now watch the victim of your trap get OWND.
Geo-Merging
This way of merging does not require not having host.
First place the object you wish to Geo-Merge.
Next place two Sender or Two-way teleporters on both sides.
Put a door on top of the object as shown.
The put a receiver teleporter on each corner.
Then go to the box and click A. It should sink to the ground a little.
Then click the receiving teleporters down and same with the door.
Then repeat the process of clicking A and making it sink. Keep repeating this until you have made it sink to the depth you want.
Yea I know, mine came crooked.
You can do the same with double boxes, just double everything up.
And now you have successfully geo-merged.

You have to work at this to get good at it.
You can do the same with double boxes, just double everything up.
This is the most helpful tut I have EVER seen, made by TI Seven, Nomadd3 was the host for off host merging. Sticky this crap. | |
