Suggestion

i think there should be another night for the whole clan to get together...i know i will not be able to go to any of the meetings on the weekends because i travel home for the weekends..and besides that its just a 15 minutes meeting that gets the news out faster and gets the clan together to play more customs and have more fun

yea that woudl be cool to have like a make up night.

It might cause problems with Infinite Entertainment since where still trying to find a meeting date and we can't have a members pulled away for a second meeting from our required meeting. (Since your meeting would have to be on Sunday, since if this is a secondary meeting it would have to be after the man meeting) However late or early Sunday might be good for that meeting since the Infinite Entertainment meeting should be around midday.

Th ebest date is either fridat or saturday, I was thinking of friday night at around 7 or 8pm, while staurdays around 2 or 3pm.

like I said it can't be friday since if this is what I think it is then it's a meeting for the people who missed it.

Hm I'm trying to impliment a weeekend program. I'm thinking maybe sometime during the week or sunday I could make clan meeting make ups.

We should have two meetings one saturday and one sunday to make sure that as many members attend the meetings, and if for some reason someone dosent attend a meeting someone will have to send that person a brief message of the meeting

Yea hanging out sounds great.

I used to be co leader and that was the best way to get the meeting topics around to people.
